Our Apologies

Dear Vidopop Users,

We owe you an apology. This past Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we sent out a holiday video message to our users. This holiday video allowed users to add their contacts to see the video. 

Because of a software bug, some of our user's contacts received messages that were not supposed to be sent though. We fixed the bug as soon as we were made aware of the problem. We have resolved this issue. 

We're very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Your relationships with your contacts are important and we are deeply sorry for creating any issues.

Satisfaction with Vidopop's service is our number #1 priority. We value our users and will work hard to regain and maintain your trust.
